Hi, my name is Rico and I am a registered sports psychologist in Amsterdam! My daily work consists of training and coaching top athletes, individually or in a team. I've worked with several national teams and individuals with a main focus being the Olympic Games. I also work for air traffic control at Schiphol Airport and with the air force, as well as with conductors and musicians. The similarity between these professions is that they are stress professions, where a certain performance is expected at a certain moment. This is my speciality and I look forward to sharing it with you in this course!
